1. We believe that God created all things, and by God all things exist, and have life.
(Genesis 1:1; John 15:1-6; Revelation 4:11; Colossians 1:16)
2. We believe that God sent His only begotten Son, Jesus, born of a virgin, to be crucified
on Calvary's cross for the remission of sin, and he was resurrected from the dead for our justification. Through Jesus, the
true and living God was revealed and His salvation for us.
If any person will accept and adhere to the atoning work of Jesus Christ, they will be born
again and obtain eternal life.
(John 3:16; John 1:17-18; Acts 10:43; Romans 3:25)
3. We believe in following Jesus in water baptism. Not that water baptism saves a person,
but it is a public declaration and commitment to serve Jesus as Lord and Savior.
(Matthew 3:13-17; Colossians 2:12; 1Peter 3:21; Matthew 28:19; Acts 2:28)
4. We believe in the filling of the Holy Spirit by which a person receives spiritual enabling
to help establish the witness of Jesus in one's life.
(Acts 1:4-8; Acts 2:38-39; Ephesians 1:13-14)
5. We believe in the body of Christ using the gifts that God has given to His Church. Including
but not limited to: praying for the sick, casting out demons, and speaking in a heavenly language. God has given many gifts
for manifesting Himself for administrating His people, and for the work of the ministry. (Mark 16:17-18; 1Corinthians 12:4-14;
Ephesians 4:7-14)
6. We believe that the Bible is the written indisputable Word of God, given by His inspiration
for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; that a believer may be adequately equipped for every
good work. (2Timothy 3:16-17; John 20:29-31; Hebrews 4:12-13)
7. We believe that we are called as a Church, not as
brick and mortar, but believers joined together in unity and faith in the Holy Spirit. Giving praise and glory to Jesus Christ,
obeying His commandments. We are called to love the Lord our God with all our heart and to love our neighbors as ourselves.
We are commissioned to spread the good news of Jesus Christ to all nations. We believe that a person should be committed to
a local body of believers for encouragement, teaching, and fellowship.
(1Peter 2:5; Hebrews 10:25; Mark 12:30-31; Mark 16:15)
8. We believe in the resurrection of the dead. We believe Jesus was resurrected and is sitting
at the right hand of the Father. For believers, to be absent from the body is to be present with our Lord. We believe in the
second return of Jesus Christ, as He has promised, for the purpose of gathering his body. (Acts 2:30-36; 1Corinthians 15:12-20;
2Corinthians 5:1-8; 1Thessalonians 4:14-18)
